TERRACLOUD PLATFORM

Soil data and decision support platform.

TerraCloud receives, processes, and presents continuous root-zone data from deployed TerraQ sensor networks — delivering real-time zone dashboards, smart alerts, and agronomic guidance. Available now on Standard and Pro subscription plans.

Commercially available. Active deployments running. Standard and Pro Subscription Plans. New features released on an ongoing basis.

01 — PLATFORM OVERVIEW

From sensor to structured data.

The data and decision layer of the TerraQ stack.

TerraCloud receives data from TerraNode and TerraPod, validates it against calibration records, and presents clean, zone-organised readings through a browser-based interface. All data is available in real time from the moment of deployment — no installation required.

The platform is commercially available and in active use. It is designed around real agricultural and research workflows — configurable per zone (field), per crop, and per organisation. New capabilities are released on an ongoing basis, informed by feedback from active subscribers and pilot partners.

TerraCloud is available on Standard or Pro subscription plans, provisioned alongside TerraQ hardware deployment.

HOW DATA FLOWS
  • TerraPod measures root-zone parameters and buffers locally
  • TerraNode relays data to TerraCloud via Wi-Fi or cellular
  • TerraCloud applies QA/QC and calibration checks on ingest
  • Clean, time-stamped data is available in zone dashboards immediately
  • Alerts trigger when configured thresholds or rate-of-change conditions are met
  • Decision Support System provides recommendations and actions

04 — DECISION SUPPORT

The platform advises. You decide.

TerraCloud includes a Decision Support System — a layer that sits between raw sensor data and user-facing guidance. It does not automate irrigation or fertigation, and does not replace agronomic expertise. It exists to help you make better, more consistent decisions with the data you have.

TerraCloud never generates alerts from raw sensor readings alone. Before any guidance is produced, sensor data is calibrated, corrected for temperature and moisture conditions, and converted into interpreted soil condition scores. Alerts are only generated when these scores cross defined thresholds — and only when the underlying data is reliable enough to support them. If data quality is insufficient, the system withholds guidance rather than act on uncertain information.

1
Measure
Raw sensor readings collected, validated, and stored
2
Prepare
Calibration applied, soil type and crop context resolved
3
Convert
Interpreted soil condition scores computed from calibrated data
4
Evaluate
Scores assessed against crop targets, trends, and growth stage
5
Advise
Alerts generated — only when data quality meets the threshold

HOW IT IS DESIGNED

Traceable

Every alert can be traced back to the specific readings and logic that produced it. Nothing is a black box.

Quality-Gated

Guidance is only generated when sensor data meets defined quality standards. When data is unreliable, the system says so — it does not guess.

Conservative

When in doubt, the system withholds guidance rather than act on uncertain data. Considered over fast.

Auditable

All outputs are reproducible and historically traceable — building a record of decisions and their data basis over time.

02 — PLATFORM CAPABILITIES

What TerraCloud provides.

A complete data access and management layer for deployed TerraQ sensor networks.

Zone Dashboards

Field maps, time-series trends, and real-time parameter views organised per monitoring zone.

Configurable Alerts

Threshold and rate-of-change notifications per parameter, per zone — tunable to crop type and growth stage.

Historical Analytics

Full time-series data from deployment start — seasonal summaries and trend analysis across zones.

Agronomic Recommendations

Pro tier — soil condition scores evaluated against crop-specific targets. Recommendations are traceable, conservative, and grounded in the data behind them.

Data Export & API

CSV and GeoJSON export, REST API, and webhook support for integration with external platforms.

Role-Based Access

Manager, agronomist, and staff permission levels — share access with team members without sharing credentials.

03 — SUBSCRIPTIONS

Standard and Pro plans.

TerraCloud is available on two subscription tiers — sized to operational scale and analytical requirements. Pricing is confirmed based on deployment scope.

Standard

Core data access for day-to-day operational monitoring

Live measurements and zone trends

Rule-based alert notifications

05 — PILOT PROGRAMME

Join our pilot programme.

TerraTeQ is actively seeking growers, vineyard operators, greenhouse producers, and research institutions to join our pilot programme. Pilots are structured around a TerraCloud subscription — we deploy and maintain the TerraQ hardware on your site, you get full platform access and engineering support from day one. We work with a small number of partners at a time, selected for fit, to ensure quality of support and depth of engagement.

What a Pilot Includes
  • TerraPod and TerraNode deployed across agreed monitoring zones
  • Full TerraCloud access for the pilot duration
  • Installation, calibration, and technical onboarding by TerraTeQ
  • Engineering support throughout the deployment period
  • Structured data review sessions with the TerraTeQ team
  • Priority access to new platform features as they are released
We Are Looking For
  • Greenhouse vegetable producers — tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers
  • Vineyard and fruit orchard operators
  • High-value open-field vegetable growers
  • Research institutions and agronomic validation programmes
  • Partners willing to share operational feedback honestly
  • Operations with at least one full growing season ahead
